Day 4 in Vera

Thursday.

Fourth day of our Erasmus
Week.

We have spent a tiring but wonderful day visiting the Alhambra and the historical centre of Granada.

At the Generalife, our visitors have paid attention to the accompanying teachers and they have been blown away by every flower, every plant, every garden, and the astounding views of the Alhambra hill. Then, we have entered the Palatine City in order to visit the Palace of Carlos V and the Alcazaba.

After leaving the Alhambra through the Gate of Justice, we headed towards Plaza Nueva, where we set our meeting point, and then had some free time for lunch and shopping. At 17:00 we met again in order to walk up the Carrera del Darro and Cuesta del Chapiz to reach San Nicolás viewpoint. From there, we have strolled through El Albaicín up to San Cristóbal’s viewpoint where we took some beautiful photos and then got back on the bus to happily return to Vera.
